STRUCTURAL BIM MODELER – REMOTE/COLORADO  

Our client, Anthem Structural Engineers is excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced and driven Structural BIM Modeler to join their dynamic and growing team. If you have a strong background in BIM and Revit, particularly with structural projects, and a passion for accuracy and efficiency in design, they invite you to explore this role. You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely or in one of our Colorado-based offices located in Boulder, Golden, or Steamboat Springs. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience: At least 3 years of focused experience with structural modeling projects. 

• Software Proficiency: Strong command of Autodesk Revit. Familiarity with AutoCAD and Autodesk Construction Cloud is advantageous. 

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of structural engineering practices, construction techniques, and project delivery methods. 

• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify inefficiencies in modeling and implement solutions effectively. 

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in remote work settings. 

• Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work well within a team, prioritizing project success over personal preferences. 

• Time Management: Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks. 

• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Structural, Civil, or Architectural Engineering is preferred but not required. 

• Special Skills: Experience in producing steel shop drawings is a plus. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Model Development: Create and maintain accurate 3D Revit Structural models for various building types, including steel, masonry, concrete, and wood structures, derived from architectural models and plans. 

• Plan Creation: Utilize Revit to produce well-coordinated structural drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and details. 

• Standards Maintenance: Collaborate with the Production Manager to uphold and improve Anthem’s BIM standards, including templates, structural details, notes, and schedules. 

• Project Variety: Support engineering teams across diverse sectors such as residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

Salary Range: $58,000 - $74,000 per year, based on experience.
