Wick Buildings is a leader in the post-frame building business. We seek a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in Kansas City Kansas City area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing business strategies by developing current independent Authorized Wick Buildings and recruiting new builders throughout the territory.
The BDM is responsible for consistent sales goals and travel to builder meetings, trade shows, and job sites. Success is also defined by the ability to collaborate with builders and teammates to drive innovation, communication, and solve challenges. This established top-tier company is growing and expanding through market penetration and geographic expansion. The position will cover an existing productive territory.
