Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking a Business Operations Administrator to support the Operations Support Team for Strategic Systems on our Integration Support Contract (ISC) at Hill AFB, UT. The selected applicant will support the Strategic Systems team as we seek to deliver a world-class capability for our client and their associated contractors. This position may perform the following duties and responsibilities:
- Order/Manage Office Supplies and other office related needs.
- Manage Email Distro Lists.
- Collect receipts/process expense reports related to Employee Morale Events.
- Invoices (Bills), Online Payments & Non-Pro Invoice.
- Monthly Safety Zone Inspector for Business Operations Area.
- Booking meeting rooms and common space conference rooms.
- Expense Reports for P-Card Purchases.
- FedEx Shipping & Receiving shipments.
- Manage PO Open Commitments/tracking when POP is complete.
- Mass Email Communications to the workforce.
- Distinguished Visitor preparation support as needed.
- Backup Executive Assistant for Vice President when needed.
- Backup travel admins as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills - EDUCATION:
BS/BA + 2 years’ experience OR
AS/AA + 4 years’ experience OR
HS/GED +7 yrs directly related experience
- Must be able to work independently and demonstrate strong initiative and an ability to organize daily tasks with minimal to no supervision.
- 3 yrs progressive responsibility in providing technical leadership
- Superior experience with MS Office, Adobe, and other common applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Must be committed to results and success in accomplishing goals, as well as a fast learner with demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to emerging requirements.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize workload of self and others effectively.
- Firm understanding of budgets, military culture and acquisition processes and the ability to obtain and retain a Department of Defense SECRET security clearance.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - Preferred Education: bachelor’s degree.
- Working knowledge of business processes (procurement, KTA, Costpoint, Scheduling, CM/DM, etc.).
- Work effectively with staff in other disciplines such as logistics, engineering, customer service, and finance superior analytic skills and attention to detail required analyzing products and applications to meet customer needs.
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $64440 - $109530

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
