Introduction :
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Input, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems.
• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them.
• Ensure that all data is entered accurately and promptly.
• Organize and maintain files and records for easy access and retrieval.
• Perform routine data backups and system maintenance.
• Communicate with other departments to verify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding data entry and confidentiality.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum [insert words per minute, e.g., 40-50 WPM]).
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
