Concept Plus is seeking a Drupal Web Developer to support the transition of our partners application and systems to the cloud and modernize and maintain these systems throughout the period of performance.

Summary
As the Web Developer, will be responsible for taking care of the working and designing of the Program’s website. Will be responsible for programming the website and creating and confirming the code running on the website. Will also be working with the broader team of developers for the creation and timely updates. Must be proficient with the languages used for developing websites. Good knowledge and experience in programming and website development. Must have excellent communication skills to ensure all parties involved are satisfied with the website’s performance, from website development to content management.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web-enabled capabilities and custom applications.
• Define technical requirements plans and, prioritize work, and assist in identifying work for project
  schedules.
• Managing priorities and deliverables to ensure deadlines.
• Working with clients to identify recommendations for the appropriate technical, business, and human
  factors solutions.
• Commitment to clear and quality communications between team and client product managers.
• Commitment to promoting a collaborative work environment with team members and customers.
• Commitment to delivery of quality products.

Additional Responsibilities

• Create and maintain software documentation.
• Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to collaborate in the development of solutions and metrics.
• Strong attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• PHP and/or Drupal experience (Drupal 8/9 experience preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
• Strong understanding of version control
• Must understand Agile Frameworks and methodologies.
• Determining user needs by analyzing technical requirements.
• Experience with AWS Cloud environments.
• Website and software application designing, building, or maintaining.
• Able to solve complex problems.
• Must have experience communicating directly with end users and stakeholders.
• Experience working with other developers and development teams.
• Experience supporting distributed systems and computing environments using a wide range of application hosting and computing technologies.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active DHS Suitability Clearance/Entry on Duty (EoD) preferred (if not active, candidates selected must be able to successfully pass a DHS background investigation).

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Practitioner Certification, AWS DevOps Certification a bonus
• Experience with HHS.
• Experience with Confluence / JIRA, Git, and Artifactory.
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision and guidance.
• Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.
• Experience working with a variety of technology and the ability to multi-task between different projects and workflow stages.
• Ability to work effectively (adaptable and flexible) in a fast-paced environment.
