Through the Wonderful Career Center (WCC), we are offering a free Powered Industrial Truck Training program to Shafter and Kern County community members to help launch their careers into higher-paying roles with companies like the Wonderful Companies and our Industrial Park Partners. It is our goal that 100% of the trainee graduates get a job after this program with the support of the Wonderful Company Career Center services.
The Wonderful Powered Industrial Truck Training Program is an unpaid, free training program to prepare individuals for a high-paying role through forklift training. You will learn the basics of forklift training and mechanical maintenance through lectures, videos, and hands-on activities. We are looking for individuals with life or work experience in problem-solving who are not afraid to work with equipment or technology. If you are willing to learn and work hard, this training is for you!
