We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager to oversee our IT department ensuring that our technology infrastructure supports our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations project management and team leadership.

Manage and mentor the IT team to ensure efficient operations and professional development.
Develop and implement IT policies procedures and best practices.
Oversee system installations upgrades and maintenance.
Ensure the security of the organizations IT infrastructure.
Collaborate with other departments to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
Conduct regular assessments of infrastructure and system performance.
*Qualifications:*
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
Experience with project management and team leadership.
Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
