Job Description

:

Selco Products is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer with a strong balance of electrical and mechanical expertise, especially in automation for production lines. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing thermal products and solutions across a wide range of applications, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary engineering team to develop and implement electromechanical thermal solutions for production.
  • Design and draft fixtures, mechanical parts, and assemblies to support automated production processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to assembly and manufacturing, ensuring high-quality and efficient production workflows.
  • Work with the design team to create parts optimized for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for production efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with automation and cobots (e.g., UR5e) in a production environment.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software , with a strong preference for SolidWorks.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic electrical schematics.
  • Hands-on experience with equipment such as multimeters, data loggers, and environmental test chambers.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills, with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to engage in physical tasks, such as moving boxes or placing products in test chambers, as needed.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering , Electrical Engineering , or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience with cobot automation in a manufacturing environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in CAD design (SolidWorks or similar software).

Compensation details: 62000-65000 Yearly Salary
