Family practice in Santa Barbara is looking for a medical receptionist to join their team! Customer Service experience. Job Description Coordinates patient care and flow Answers phones Greets patients upon arrival Schedules appointments Completes all appropriate consent forms, and provides patient education and referral materials Ensures that e-prescribing tasks and all assigned tasks in EHR are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Maintains EHR records accurately following policies and procedures. Completes tasks in case management system on a daily basis.
