WHO YOU ARE

You are a highly analytical and driven IT professional with extensive experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, particularly in finance and accounting environments. You excel in remote collaboration, thrive in fast-paced settings, and possess a strong balance of technical expertise and business acumen. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering innovative solutions while fostering effective communication and collaboration.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central, including requirements gathering, documentation, design, testing, and support.
  • Facilitate application updates, upgrades, and ongoing user support, addressing tickets with appropriate urgency.
  • Work closely with users and stakeholders to document business and technical processes, identifying requirements for custom development needs.
  • Manage diverse and dynamic assignments, leveraging your broad technical knowledge to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Contribute to improving internal practices through collaboration and innovation.

HOW YOU WILL DO IT

  • Apply your hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 & AL to implement tailored solutions, including server-side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies, and plug-ins.
  • Utilize your technical knowledge in Windows operating systems, networks, application servers, database servers, and remote access tools to ensure smooth system integration.
  • Engage stakeholders with excellent communication skills, fostering collaboration and alignment.
  • Employ project management fundamentals to execute tasks efficiently, maintaining strong organizational habits to meet deadlines.
  • Leverage your expertise in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Azure Development to develop and deliver advanced reporting and integration solutions when applicable.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or consulting
  • 5+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in Dynamics 365 Business Central development
  • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, including AL programming and third-party API integrations
  • Broad technical knowledge of IT infrastructure components
  • Strong understanding of project management principles
  • Exceptional soft skills: attention to detail, independent work capability, and a commitment to continuous improvement

Preferred:

  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Azure Development
  • Microsoft certifications such as MB-800, MB-820, AZ-204, or PL-400

COMPENSATION

Base Salary $130,000-$140,000 + 10% bonus based on company performance
