We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Plastic Mold Injection Operator to join our team. As a Plastic Mold Injection Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring plastic injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in plastic mold injection who is looking to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Specifications:

• Job Type: Full-time

• Location: Port Richie, FL 34668

• Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour for 1st shift, $15.35 per hour for 2nd shift

• Shifts:

• 1st shift: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• 2nd shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate plastic injection molding machines according to established procedures and guidelines

• Monitor machine operation to ensure production of high-quality plastic parts

• Perform visual inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine and process issues

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

• Complete production reports and documentation accurately and timely

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience operating plastic injection molding machines is preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and blueprints

• Basic computer skills for data entry and production reporting

• Excellent attention to detail and quality control

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
