Lead the Charge: Oversee end-to-end project implementation, from kickoff to go-live, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceeding client expectations.
Master the Supply Chain: Leverage your deep understanding of ERP and supply chain systems to integrate our software seamlessly into complex business environments.
Mentor and Motivate: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and inspiring them to achieve project goals.
Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with clients, managing expectations and ensuring their satisfaction.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance project delivery, and improve overall efficiency.
What You'll Need:

Proven Project Management Expertise: 5+ years of experience managing complex software implementation projects, ideally in the SaaS industry.
ERP and Supply Chain Know-How: A solid understanding of ERP systems and supply chain processes.
Agile Methodology Mastery: Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
Leadership Skills: The ability to lead and motivate teams, build consensus, and resolve conflicts.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
