Job Description

They have a large SAP implementation project going on an really need help in the SAP Authorization piece. Must have SAP Authorization experience and must have SAPGRC specifically around Business Role mgmt and EAM (emergency role management). Prefer onsite daily (from CIO) in their Houston office. We have 4 contractors there now.


The position will primarily involve working on projects related to hosting Financials HR and Profit & Loss (P&L) components within SAP environments. Experience with Sailpoint is considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop SAP roles and authorizations to ensure secure access and compliance.
2. Implement SAP GRC Business Role Management and Emergency Access Management.
3. Support and maintain SAP security solutions across Financials HR and P&L components.
4. Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and develop security solutions.
5. Perform SAP security audits and compliance checks to maintain system integrity.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP security issues and incidents.
7. Work with Sailpoint for identity and access management (preferred but not required).

Qualifications:

1. Expertise in SAP Authorization including role design and role development.
2. Strong experience implementing SAP GRC specifically Business Role Management and Emergency Access Management.
3. Familiarity with SAP Financials HR and P&L components.
4. Sailpoint experience is a plus.
5. Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
