Primary Responsibilities

  • Engage with Clients Remotely : Conduct virtual meetings with individuals and families to assess their insurance needs.
  • Guide Clients Through Enrollment : Provide expert advice and assistance throughout the enrollment process.
  • Address Inquiries : Respond to client questions and concerns, offering clarity and support.
  • Collaborate with Team Members : Ensure a smooth, seamless enrollment process through teamwork.
  • Maintain Detailed Records : Keep accurate documentation of client interactions and enrollment activities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written abilities to effectively engage with clients.
  • Attention to Detail : Organizational skills to accurately manage records and paperwork.
  • Ability to Work Independently : Self-motivation and effective time management are essential.
  • Prior Experience in Sales or Customer Service : Preferred but not required.
